Ongoing efforts to curb spam have made it harder than ever for even legitimate senders to reach the inbox. While we can't guarantee 100% delivery and rendering of every email we send (and no one can), we work hard to ensure that your email reaches its intended destination in its intended form.
The process begins with the structure of the email itself. Though we love style sheets, Flash, Javascript, and other cool technologies as much as the next guy, we know how they can deep-six an email. So we've learned to work miracles using yesterday's clunky but reliable markup. It's time-consuming and a little limiting, but it's the most reliable way to preserve an email's design integrity.
By working with an established Email Service Provider (ESP), Blue Lobster Creative enables its clients to send email through a reputable service – reducing the chance the email will be blocked at the ISP level. Collaborating with an ESP also brings nifty tracking and campaign reporting capabilities, described in the results section.
