Our goal at Blue Lobster Creative is to make it as easy as possible for you to create and manage a successful email communications program. We offer a flexible set of services that complement your internal resources, so that you can do as little or as much of the heavy lifting as you wish.
Developing an effective email program is a collaborative process, even if you want nothing to do with the day-to-day operation of the program. The process begins with your vision: What do you want the email program or campaign to accomplish? What assets and resources will you contribute to the program? Based on this information, we'll start to frame out a strategy for achieving your goals (and then some) and design a workflow in which our services complement the role that you want to play in the ongoing maintenance of the program. This workflow design tends to come in three flavors:
#1: 'Just get it done already!'
You provide editorial direction and final approvals; we handle the rest. We'll write original copy or edit licensed content and develop custom graphics. You'll receive detailed response reports after each distribution.
#2: 'I'll do the content, you make it happen'
A popular option for those who have the bandwidth to develop their own content. Blue Lobster will copy edit and fine-tune for optimal results. Custom graphics are usually part of the development process.
#3: 'I'll do it myself – but help me get the ball rolling'
We can create a customized template that you can update and publish on your own time. It's a modified do-it-yourself option: We'll get you up and running and will always be just a phone call away for support or consultation
